This testing method determines the heel's withstand impact index and assesses overall heel quality and longevity.

Testing Principle

The heel is positioned with the tip upward and the shaft fixed upright on the tester's tray. A pendulum impact head delivers vertical impacts with constant energy (0.68J) until the heel cracks or reaches the predetermined number of impacts.
