Instrument Overview
The wrinkle recovery performance tester and load device detects fabric recovery properties. According to specific test methods (BS, ISO, AATCC), after fabric is pressed under a certain load for a specified time, the fabric is released and transferred to the sample clip, allowing free recovery while recording the recovery angle.
The instrument determines sample recovery properties against horizontal creases by measuring wrinkle recovery angles, making it particularly useful for fabric types prone to creases, such as cellulose and other woven fabrics.

What's the warranty statement?
Zhongli warrants all products manufactured by Zhongli to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months or 36 months after the date of original purchase. If repair or replacement is not possible or practical, Zhongli warranty covers ONLY the product itself. Zhongli will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by Zhongli. Zhongli will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
What's the return policy?
All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working order. Customers must report any damage within 7 days of receipt by sending digital photographs (.JPG) of damaged items. Customers must retain damaged merchandise, package, and shipping containers until claim has been settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claim beyond this 7-day period will not be deemed valid by ZhongLi.
How about in case of breakage?
Zhongli will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of shipment of your order. Please note exceptions below: Returns must be first acknowledged by ZhongLi PRIOR to return. Please contact the related salesman in charge. All packages sent to Zhongli MUST have the initial sales invoice number issued and printed clearly on the outside of package. A lack thereof will result in the item being immediately restocked and no credit or refund will be issued. All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
